Orders

How long until my order arrives?

Every piece is printed for you. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, plus about 4–10 business days for shipping to Switzerland. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive an email with tracking.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it is not yet in production. Write to us as soon as possible after ordering at north.spear@hotmail.com.

Which payment methods are available?

You can see all available payment methods at checkout. Payment is processed securely and encrypted via Shopify.

Shipping & customs

Are there customs fees for Switzerland?

Our products are printed and shipped in the EU. Deliveries to Switzerland may therefore be subject to Swiss import VAT, which the carrier collects on delivery. Small amounts under CHF 5 are usually not charged.

Where do you ship?

To Switzerland, Liechtenstein and most European countries. You can see the available countries at checkout.

Size & care

Which size fits me?

Our shirts and hoodies are true to size. For a relaxed look, choose one size up. You can find the exact measurements in the size guide and on every product page.
